Ohio Valley Home Care, Inc. provides in-home care and Adult Day Service (Senior Link) to residents of Columbiana County through the District XI Area Agency on Aging PASSPORT program. Ohio Valley Home Care, Inc. also provides in-home service for PASSPORT clients in Jefferson County and Adult Day Service to clients from Jefferson and Carroll counties through Area Agency on Aging Region 9.

Ohio Valley Home Care, Inc. can provide in-home care under the Care Givers Support Program also governed by District XI Area Agency on Aging.

Ohio Valley Home Care, Inc. sub-contracts with Ohio Valley Home Health Services to provide personal care and homemaker services to local veterans through the Veteran's Administration.

Ohio Valley Home Care, Inc. operates the Senior Link Adult Day Service located in downtown East Liverpool, Ohio, Monday through Friday. Senior links is a PASSPORT and Care Giver Support provider to those who qualify. Senior Link also accepts private pay and offers a sliding fee scale to those unable to pay in full.

In-home services provided to residents of Columbiana and Jefferson Counties in Ohio; Hancock County in West Virginia and Beaver County in Pennsylvania for home care. Senior link admits anyone and will provide transportation to residents of Columbiana, Jefferson, and Carroll County, Hancock County in West Virginia and beaver County in Pennsylvania.

Ohio Valley Home Care, Inc. is reimburses for services provided through the Area Agency on Aging and the Veteran's Administration. Ohio Valley Home Care, Inc. receives financial support from Southern Columbiana County United Way and has been the recipient of financial generosity from the Frank Mangano Foundation, Community Benefit Initiative, and the Episcopal Community Service Foundation.
