Northeast Ohio Senior Link is a project of District XI Area Agency on Aging, Inc. The Information and Access database that is the heart of Northeast Ohio Senior Link is designed to allow both professionals and individuals access to the same set of information about programs and services available for older adults in Ashtabula, Trumbull, Mahoning and Columbiana counties.
- Northeast Ohio Senior Link is a starting place for individuals and families to learn about the wide variety of programs and services that can assist older adults to remain independent.
- Northeast Ohio Senior Link gives professionals the information they need to assist older adults in their search for long term care services.
- Northeast Ohio Senior Link allows older adults to explore the wide range of programs and activities that may provide new opportunities to learn, grow and volunteer in their community.
It is the intention of the Northeast Ohio Senior Link database to include as much information as possible about programs and services. Information presented in the database has been collected from the service providers. Efforts have been made to keep the information up-to-date, but in all cases, the individual service provider should be contacted to ensure the accuracy of the information in the database.
Inclusion in the database does not imply endorsement by District XI Area Agency on Aging or affiliated organizations. In all cases, direct contact should be made with the service provider to verify information and secure services, if appropriate.
